I started dancing when I was three years old, which led me to try out for The Nutcracker at FSPA when I was in the 2nd grade. A year or so later, by mom heard about SummerStage, the FSPA summer program, and signed me and my sister up. We loved it and we just kept signing up for different classes. I have been at FSPA for six years now and I honestly don’t know what my favorite thing is – I LOVE EVERYTHING. My future plans are to attend a college that is both strong in academics and the performing arts, and hopefully I can pursue theater. My sister Alison is living the life I hope to have after high school, so she is certainly one of my role models.

I knew I wanted to be a part of EY when I was in the 5th grade. When the CD “Live Wire” by Electric Youth came out, I fell in love and was so impressed that the performers were normal school kids like me, but at the same time they were so talented and professional. My biggest challenge ahead is memorizing all the songs and dances. I am ecstatic about the idea of traveling to Europe and becoming worldlier through this unique performing experience. I am a picky eater, so the foreign food idea makes me a bit nervous!
