I became involved in the performing arts during FPAC’S performance of The Nutcracker in 2000. The feeling of performing on stage was so wonderful that I have kept performing ever since and hope to continue to do so for the rest of my life. This year will be my thirteenth year at FSPA! Before I started taking Ballet classes at age four, I used to watch my older sister’s ballet class with Mrs. Beaton. I remember being so excited because sometimes Mrs. Beaton would let me dance along! Since then, I have added many more dance classes to my schedule and enjoy each and every day that I spend at FSPA. My teachers all make me feel as though they truly want me to succeed. I can always approach a teacher for advice and they will help. The friends I’ve made here through the years will be my friends forever. FSPA is more than a performing arts school, it’s a family. My goal after High School is to study musical theater in college and be a triple threat in the entertainment industry, where I could continue to do what I love to do.
