Band, Tenor Saxophone, Arnie Krakowsky
Arnie Krakowsky attended Berklee College of Music and has been playing tenor saxophone professionally for thirty-five years. He has performed with the Dick Johnson and Artie Shaw Bands, Phil Woods, Dave McKenna, Gray Sargent, Red Rodney, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra Jr., Lionel Hampton Band, and Tony Bennett. He also has two recordings as a leader including “Where the Tenor Meets the Bone” on Seaside Records and “Is it Minor or Yours” on Bleek Records both featuring George Masso. Arnie is currently on staff at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts.
